Join AARP at its new innovation lab, The Hatchery, on Tuesday evening from 5-8PM for an off-the-record conversation with entrepreneur and local success story Paul Palmieri, co-founder and former CEO of Millennial Media.  Stick around after for a showcase of some of the startups working with AARP as well as some of AARP’s internal innovation projects.

  • A true glimpse into what happens when your startup goes big—the conversation between old friends Miller and Palmieri will cover what it was like for Palmieri to take his startup Millennial Media Inc. public, the scrutiny that came with it, his decision to leave the company he founded, and his life today.

  • HomeExcept: The HomeExcept platform using non-intrusive thermal readings to measure activity that gives families and caregivers peace of mind.
  • SingFit: SingFit™ Prime is a music-therapist-designed cognitive and physical stimulation program crafted especially for the senior living industry.
  • Your Partner in Life: Your Partner in Life (YPIL) boxes are care packages that address a number of chronic conditions and life transitions recipients may be encountering.
