The Advantages of Launching a Hyper-growth Company in DC

Silicon Valley and Silicon Alley have long been the home base of many successful startup ventures. Market dynamics are shifting around the globe, higher costs of living and operating are making non-traditional markets like Washington, DC significantly more enticing for startups and hyper-growth companies. The District of Columbia recently beat out the Bay Area in two recent studies on global competitiveness which ranked cities on a variety of indicators including physical capital, financial maturity, global appeal, social and cultural character, and cost of living among other variables.

Panelists will focus on the legal challenges, funding strategies, and operational strategies for success in Washington DC.

Join our panel discussion and learn why Washington, DC is fast becoming the "District of Competitiveness."

After the panel, Venable LLP invites attendees upstairs to their rooftop space for a reception.
